ENGINEER REPORT

Our Engineer’s Reports provide a professional, independent assessment of a property’s structure and condition. Whether you’re buying, selling, or concerned about cracks, dampness, or structural movement, our engineers deliver clear, practical advice to help you make informed decisions.

Oftentimes, we are employed by homeowners to prepare reports on builder negligence, defective building work, or the negligence of other professionals who have worked on their houses.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

  • Full visual inspection of the property by a qualified engineer

  • Assessment of structural elements

  • Identification of defects, unsafe works, or building regulation breaches

  • Investigation into causes of damage or workmanship issues

  • Clear, factual report with photos and recommendations

  • Professional opinion on where the defects most likely stem from (if ordinary structural/condition concern), or whether defects most likely stem from builder negligence or construction errors

  • Guidance on remedial works
